We are hiring a responsible Documentation & Office Executive to prepare and manage official documents such as invoices, quotations, tender documents, agreements, and presentations. The role includes converting raw information into well-structured professional documents, managing PDFs, and maintaining proper documentation records. Candidates should have good English understanding for accurate document preparation and basic knowledge of modern office tools.

Professional, organized, and detail-oriented candidates are preferred.

Job Overview

We are hiring a Documentation & Office Executive for our office in Deoghar, Jharkhand. This role is suitable for candidates who are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with documentation, office tools, and digital platforms.

The primary responsibility of this position is to prepare, manage, and maintain official company documents. The candidate should be able to convert raw information into well-structured, professional documents including invoices, quotations, tender documents, agreements, and presentations.

This position plays an important role in ensuring accurate documentation, organized records, and smooth office operations.

Job Location: Universal Cargo & Equipments (UCE) Bompass Town, Opp. Dadi Mandir, Chandra Sangita Complex, Room No. 201, Deoghar, Jharkhand – 814114

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and preparing various types of office documentation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing Invoices, Quotations, and Receipts

  • Creating, editing, and updating Tender Documents

  • Preparing Agreements and Authority Letters

  • Designing Presentations (PowerPoint / PPT)

  • Creating and formatting PDF documents

  • Managing document printing and printouts

  • Converting raw information into structured professional documents

  • Creating, editing, updating, and organizing documents

  • Maintaining proper record keeping and documentation management

Required Skills & Qualifications

Candidates applying for this position should have basic knowledge of documentation tools and office software.

Required skills include:

  • MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Canva for presentation and document design

  • Basic use of ChatGPT and Gemini AI for drafting and documentation assistance

  • PDF creation, editing, and file conversion

  • Good English reading and understanding ability

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Organized and professional working style

Preferred Candidate

  • Female candidate preferred

  • Basic experience in office documentation or administrative work

  • Responsible and organized personality

  • Ability to handle documentation tasks independently

Salary Structure:

  • Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹16,000 per month

  • Probation Period: 3 Months

After completion of the probation period, salary may be revised based on performance, skills, and responsibilities.
